Most shoots are delivered the next morning. Rush options are available when you need same-day turnaround for a listing going live.

A typical package includes interior and exterior stills, twilight options on request, and web-ready plus print-ready files delivered via a private gallery.

By booking, the Client agrees to these binding terms governing all services provided by the Provider.
1. Payment, Final Approval & Refunds
All Sales Are Final: Payments are non-refundable. Please review preview media prior to payment.
Payment Equals Approval: Full payment releases unwatermarked files "as-is" and signifies final approval. Revisions requested post-payment will require an order update based on complexity.
No Chargebacks: The Client agrees not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks.
2. Property Preparation & Revisions
Staging & Cleaning: Digital editing is not a substitute for physical cleaning or staging. Properties must be fully prepared prior to arrival to ensure client satisfaction upon delivery. Revisions for unprepared items are handled at the Provider's discretion and will require an order update based on complexity.
3. Delivery & Storage
Turnaround: Delivery timelines are estimates and begin after shoot completion and full payment.
30-Day Archiving: Files remain downloadable for 30 days post-delivery before archiving. The Client is responsible for downloading and securing local backups within this window.
4. Licensing & Usage Rights
Listing Use Only: The Provider retains copyright. The Client receives a non-transferable license to market the active listing. Media cannot be resold, shared, or transferred to third parties or future agents.
5. Operations & Liability
Drone Operations: Aerial services are strictly subject to manageable weather and wind conditions, safe flight environments, FAA regulations, and legal airspace.
Limitation of Liability: Provider liability for any data loss, equipment failure, or service issue is strictly limited to the amount paid for that shoot.
